It has always been a dream to own a beach house where my family can wake up and take in the ocean air and ocean views all day long!  We are thrilled to be able to share the house with you!  Please contact us with any questions you have!

THE HOME

​

Built in 2011, the home is 1920 square feet and provides both air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and heat to keep you warm in the winter.  There is a Master Bedroom (1 king bed), Guest Bedroom (1 queen bed) and another Guest Bedroom (double over twin trundle bunk bed).

 

  • Stunning ocean or pond views from every room

  • Private access to the Charlestown Beach and Ninigret Pond

  • Walk in pantry stocked with all the basic necessities (spices, sugar packets, salt/pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags etc.)

  • 3 full bathrooms

  • Weber Grill

  • Beach chairs

  • Free WiFi access

  • 3 flat screen TV's with ROKU sticks

  • Walking distance to salt water pond for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating,  clamming, etc.

THE BEACH
 

Charlestown Beach is one of RI's most beautiful beaches! The private beach access is available to all who stay and allows you to enjoy the beach without the crowds.

THE POND
 

Ninigret Pond is located behind the house.  This is a beautiful salt water pond that opens up to the Atlantic Ocean through the Charlestown Breachway.  There is an access point just steps away that allows you to enjoy all water activities.
