Beach Haven RI Rental Policies
General
The home is for a maxium of 8 people, including children.
There are no pets of any kind allowed.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
There is no smoking on the property.
A signed lease is required within 5 days of reservation confirmation.
Linens
Linens and towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own linens and towels or contact a local linen service to supply linens and towels for use.
Bed sizes are as follows:
MASTER BEDROOM: KING BED
GUEST BEDROOM 1: QUEEN BED
GUEST BEDROOM 2: TWIN OVER DOUBLE BUNK
MUPHY BED: DOUBLE
Beach/Pond Access
There is a right of way for both access to the beach and Ninigret Pond. Access to the beach, is located at 676 Charlestown Beach Road. (If you are facing the beach, take a left and the entrance is approximately 5 houses down on Charlestown Beach Road.) You will see a 3’ path, it says Do Not Enter, Private, this is the entry to beach.
Please respect our neighbors across from us and do not walk through their property to enter the beach, please use deeded access at 676 Charlestown Beach Rd. Please do not sit up close to a neighbor’s home on the beach, it’s private property, please stay close to the high-water mark when putting your towel/chairs down.
Pond Access: Following Florence Ave further down the path to the pond is located on the left at the bend in the road.
Cancellation Policies
24 hrs from your scheduled reservation, 100% refund. No refunds will be made for unfavorable weather conditions (including hurricane warnings), maintenance issues, inoperable appliances, faulty equipment, disruption of utility services, noise, altered views, construction taking place in the area, natural disasters or departures due to personal emergencies.
Damage Policies
A $1000 refundable security deposit is required of all guests.
A fee may be charged for a lost key. Please be sure to leave the key in the lockbox prior to departure.
Beach Haven reserves the right to charge a damage fee if any item inside, or structurally, occurs to our property.
Parking
The driveway can park approximately 2-3 cars depending on the size of the cars and how they are parked. Please note that NO OTHER parking is available.
Security Deposit
A $1000 refundable security deposit is charged on every booking. Upon checkout, and assuming no damage is incurred the security deposit will be refunded. Security deposits can be used to compensate to physical damage or any excess cleaning required, other than the usual The security deposit, less any deductions, will be returned within 20 days of check-out, as per Rhode Island state law.
Taxes
8% tax is collected on each booking per the requirement of the state of Rhode Island.
